We bought our Presidential Development home 17 years ago. It was brand new and the whole family was excited to move in. Everything was finished just the way we wanted it, including a screen porch we added to the design. The house is solid. We have had low maintenance costs and the insulation and windows have kept our heating bills down. All of the appliances have been trouble free. The landscaping has matured with flowering shrubs that make us really enjoy the spring. We have had 17 years of enjoyment in our Presidential Development home.
